Terms and Conditions

Room bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking. If for any reason, The Amuri Manor is unable to accommodate you after your booking is confirmed, we will notify you immediately by e-mail.

Payment Policy

Payment will be transacted 3 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

GUESTS who book one, two or three rooms directly with us, can cancel up until 3 days prior to scheduled arrival without incurring a charge. If you cancel less than 3 days but more than 24 hours prior we will credit your account so you can rebook within 12 months. If the tariff is higher at the time you re-book you will have to pay the difference. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will not be refunded or credited.  

GUESTS who book four or more rooms can cancel up until 30 days prior to scheduled arrival without incurring a charge.  

AGENTS can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival without incurring a charge.

Taxes

The Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Dogs

Out of consideration for other guests we have a policy of dogs to be crated or under leash when unsupervised. Please pick up your dogs poo thanks. Note we are an unfenced rural section and highly recommend your dog is fully vaccinated before your stay (ie Hydatids etc).
